The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) envisions a city where everyone — regardless of ZIP code — has the opportunity to thrive.
Through two signature programs — Dodgers Dreamteam and Dodgers Dreamfields — LADF tackles the most pressing challenges facing Los Angeles with a mission to improve education, health, homelessness prevention and social justice.
Dodgers Dreamteam is our comprehensive sports-based youth development program that uses baseball and softball to deliver education resources, health services, and basic essentials to youth across Los Angeles.
Dodgers Dreamfields are revitalized community baseball and softball fields that serve as safe spaces and activation hubs for Dodgers Dreamteam play and events, literacy and STEM programming, and neighborhood engagement.
Together, these two programs allow LADF to level the playing field for Angelenos — on and off the field.
